Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS and UPS through Pirate Ship. A flat rate of $12 applies to most orders. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Actual shipping costs may vary for oversized or heavy items.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Hazardous Materials

Certain products such as refrigerants (R134A) must ship via ground only and cannot be shipped via air freight. These restrictions are noted on the product page.

Local Pickup

Curbside pickup is available at our Houston location: 6830 N Eldridge Pkwy, Building #4, Suite #411, Houston TX 77041. Select local pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
