Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Electrical components, special-order items, and hazardous materials (including refrigerants) are non-returnable.

How to Return

Contact us before returning any item at (713) 937-1616 or sales@katytruckparts.com. We will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases follow our standard 30-day exchange policy. Please bring your receipt.
